Your account number is a 12-digit number which you can find in the ING mobile app home screen/dashboard or in the account information page.
Available balance is the amount that you can withdraw, while current balance includes deposits currently in process.
You can find your current balance located in the transaction history in the ING Mobile App and not on the dashboard. To see your current balance please swipe down halfway through the screen.
We will launch another product that will have the bills payment feature.
ING customer number is a string of numbers assigned to each of our customers. It is used to identify your profile with us. Your customer number is also used to verify your identity for your bank account in case of any issue. The customer number is different from your bank account number.
