What is the interest rate?

Interest Rate: 4% gross per annum

For available daily balance of less than or equal to Php 10,000,000.

Interest is calculated daily based on the available daily balance of your ING Savings Account using the formula:

(Available end of day balance x interest rate) x (1 day / 365 days*)

Note: Use 366 days for leap year.

* 1.00% gross per annum - For any additional amount above Php 10,000,000.

What is the interest rate?

To be eligible to open a savings account with us, you have to:

Be age 18 and above

Have a Filipino citizenship or be a resident of the Philippines

Have at least one (1) of the following IDs:

  • Valid Philippine passport
  • Valid Philippine driver's license
  • Unified Multipurpose ID

Have a valid mobile number and email address

Have a valid proof of address

Be able to make deposits via:

  • Electronic funds transfer through other bank accounts/e-wallet
  • Your own check or from other 3rd party checks in the Philippines

How do I deposit a check?

To deposit a check, please click “Deposit” in the account dashboard of the ING Mobile App and the follow the steps to take a picture of the check and key in details of the check. For more details, refer to the step-by-step guide at https://ing.com.ph/how-to/check-deposit.html.

Is there any fee for money transfers?

We do not charge any fee for money transfer from ING to other accounts. However, some banks may charge you fees for transferring money from the bank to ING.

Where can I find my current balance?

You can find your current balance located in the transaction history in the ING Mobile App and not on the dashboard. To see your current balance please swipe down halfway through the screen.
